From the very first time you reach out to us, we want you to feel like you are in good hands.
We will provide you with all of the information you need so that you can make the best decision for your home.
You should expect our process to be respectful, efficient, and professional, that way you can spend more time preparing to love your new home, rather than stressing about its completion.

9 Steps Process
Step 1. Fill Out Our Contact Form
Your project is important to us, and we want to help you get it off the ground. By filling out our form, you’re taking the first step towards making your vision a reality. Feel free to include images so that we can get a greater idea of your project.
Step 2. Phone Consultation
Once we receive your form submission, we will give you a call within 24 hours to talk more in-depth about your project, including the scope of work, timeline, and budget. We’ll answer any questions you may have to ensure that you’re making the right choice for your home.
Step 3. In-Person Consultation And Design
During our in-person consultation, we will be able to start diving into the specific details of your project including colors and your overall vision for your space.
From here you’ll be able to get a greater idea of the transformation we’ll help you make to your home.
Step 4. Proposal Signing & Project Scheduling
After all the details of your project are worked out and we’ve decided on a design, we will send over your job proposal. When you’re comfortable with every detail, we will sign it together and schedule the date and time to start on your home’s transformation.
Step 5. Pre-Job Walkthrough
Before starting, we’ll do a walkthrough of your home together to give you a clearer idea of what the next steps will be and what you should expect over the next couple of weeks as we customize your new space.
Step 6. We Work Our Magic
This is where we will bring your vision to fruition. It’ll be no time before you and your family can start enjoying your new space.
Step 7. We Clean Your Space
Once we’re done, we make sure your home is cleaner than when we started! Our crew will walk through your space to make sure there is no tape, paint chips, or tarps – that way you can start enjoying your home as soon as we leave.
Step 8. Post-Job Walkthrough
Once we have done our final inspection and have finished cleaning up, we will do a final walkthrough with you to make sure we didn’t miss anything. If there is anything we need to address, we will take care of it during this time.
After we leave, you have 3 days to do a detailed inspection of your home to make sure everything we did to improve your home is perfect.
9. 1-Year Warranty And Follow Up
We offer a one-year warranty on labor and materials, with the exception of any damage caused that is outside of our contract.
In addition to our 3 day, in-person, final walkthrough, we offer a 3 weeks by phone/email, 3 months phone/email, and 12 months (1 year) prior to the warranty expiring follow-up to make sure your space is still up to standards.
